HISTORIC PRESERVATION AND RESTORATION PROJECTS
1984 - 1985
Detroit City Engineering Water Department
· Writing engineering specifications for water treatment facilities.
· Restoration contract specifications for the cleaning of the board room fresco in the Historic Waterboard Building
1985 – 1991
Internships in Baltimore Maryland
· Drawings for Renovation of National Institute of Health new acquisition of a historic convent
· Team member that initiated significant historic Jerusalem Mill restoration
1991 - 2004
Historic Town Hall Partial Restoration project management-
· Awarded State grants for State Preservation Funds; Restored brick masonry façade, replaced slate roofing tiles, renovated front gardens not historically provided for new seating area stone walls and planting
1 Park Street - Historic Home Renovation
· Project lead for whole house renovation, design of laundry breakfast nook, kitchen, and woodwork. A cornerstone of the historic downtown Hopkinton the Dockstader house was deteriorating. Working with the owners and a very restricted budget we restored, repaired and finished parts of the home that were the most in need.

First Parish Church of Stow – Connector Project 2004
Goal to create a significant linking addition to the Bulfinch Historic First Parish Church to the less significant hall but strategically important hall building. Stow, Massachusetts
Lead Architect on the committee role in the master planning, design, construction documents, construction administration for a complicated addition of First Parish Church of Stow. Worked closely with contractors, structural and MEP engineers and others toward project completion.
